基于Ansys的外弯矩作用下非金属垫片应力场研究 被引量:6

摘要 影响螺栓-法兰-垫片连接系统密封性能的因素有很多,其中非金属垫片应力的大小和分布趋势是很重要的因素。对于非金属垫片,由于理论分析的复杂性和试验分析的局限性,不能较真实地反映外弯矩作用下密封垫片应力的分布及变化。本文利用有限元分析软件Ansys,建立了螺栓-法兰-垫片连接系统的有限元模型,分析了外弯矩作用下垫片应力的分布,并将有限元分析结果与PVRC的实验结果做了比较,结果表明:在外弯矩较小的情况下,有限元分析结果与实验结果较吻合。 There are many factors affecting the sealing performance of a bohed-flange-gasket connection system, in which the size and distribution trend of non-metallic gasket stress is a very important factor. To non-metallic gaskets, it can not reflect truly to the distribution and variation of gasket stress under external bending moment, because of the complexity of theoretical analysis and the limitations of experimental analysis. In this paper, the bolt-Flange-gasket connection system model was established by ANSYS, the distribution of gasket stress was analyzed, and the results of the finite element analysis were compared to the experimental results of PVRC. The compared results showed that: in the case of smaller moment, the finite element analysis results and the experimental results agree well.
