基于结构-热耦合的间隔阻尼管状结构温度特性分析

摘要 对一种间隔阻尼管状结构温度特性进行了探讨。在动载荷作用下,对该结构因阻尼材料的"迟滞"生热和结构散热不良等因素导致的热软化失效问题开展了研究。以大型履带式车辆用间隔阻尼层合支重轮为例,在典型工况下,建立该型支重轮的三维应力-温度场统一有限元模型,采用结构-热耦合法,对支重轮的稳态温度分布特性进行了分析。经计算,得到支重轮易发生局部过热的区域及温度值;讨论了阻尼层导热率、损耗因子及车速、载荷对支重轮温度分布的影响,并给出了改进建议。理论和方法可为高品质管状缓冲减振结构的设计提供参考。 Temperature characteristics for a kind of segmented damping tubular structure was discussed in this paper. Thermal failure caused by hysteresis loss and poor thermal conductivity of damping material was studied under dynamical vibration and impacts. Taking the bogie wheels mounted in crawler vehicle as an example, a three-dimensional stress and temperature field consistent FE model for the segmented damping composite bogie wheel was developed, and then the steady-state temperature distribution was calculated by structure-thermal coupling method. Through the steady-state thermal analysis, heat concentration and their temperatures of the local region were found; temperature rise under different conditions ( thermal conductivity, loss factor, velocity and loading) was discussed and the related improvement suggestions were given at the end of paper. The above results and methods can provide references for the design and improvement of high performance tubular structure.
