取向硅钢片在不同环境温度下的磁特性 被引量:20

摘要 为了更加准确地研究硅钢片的磁性能,提出爱泼斯坦方圈组合法(包括标准25 cm爱泼斯坦方圈、修正的17.5 cm和20 cm爱泼斯坦方圈)对硅钢片磁性能数据进行测量和加权处理,其中包括有效磁路长度、比损耗、激磁功率,详细地考察了激磁频率、试样剪切角度和环境温度对爱泼斯坦方圈测量硅钢片磁性能结果的影响。研究结果表明:利用该爱泼斯坦方圈组合可以有效地建立取向电工钢损耗模拟模型,从而更加准确地确定取向电工钢的损耗。由分析结果可知,环境温度的变化会给硅钢片的磁特性带来较大变化,硅钢片比损耗在环境温度125℃和16℃时测量误差高达8.10%。该研究改善并提高了爱泼斯坦磁性能测试数据的应用价值。 In order to study the magnetic property of silicon steel sheet accurately, we presented the Epstein frames com- bination method (which adopts standard Epstein frame of 25 cm and modified Epstein frames of 17.5 cm and 20 cm) to measure and weight the magnetic properties of silicon steel sheets, including the mean magnetic path length, specific magnetization loss, and exciting power. Using the method, we investigated the effects of excitation frequency, strip angle, and ambient temperature on the measurement quality of Epstein frames in detail. It is concluded that, using the proposed Epstein combination, we can establish a loss model of oriented electrical steel, and use the model to accurately determine the magnetic losses. Moreover, the ambient temperature greatly influences the magnetic properties of the electrical steel sheet, for example, the measurement error of the specific magnetization loss is 8.10% between the environment iempera- ture 16℃ and 125 ℃. So the proposed method improves the application value of the measurement using Epstein strips.
