普通成年犬血常规、血生化和凝血功能指标测定

Examination of Blood Routine Blood Biochemistry and Coagulative Function on dogs

本试验采用常规方法和标准计量单位测定了普通成年犬血常规、血生化及凝血功能指标。结果表明,血常规中平均红细胞血红蛋白量、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、平均红细胞容积和血生化中总蛋白、肌酐、钠、钾、氯、钙及各凝血功能指标相对稳定,变异系数都小于10%,其余指标的变异系数大部分在20%左右。

Blood routine examination, blood biochemistry and coagulative function of dogs were detected by current methods and usual typical units method. The results showed that mean corpuscular hemoglobin, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, mean corpuscular volume, total protein, ereatinine, sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and coagulative function were relatively stable, their coefficients of variation were lower than 10%, other coefficients of variation were about 20%.
