摘要
个体知识向组织知识的转移是企业形成并保持竞争优势的关键。探讨了组织内个体知识向组织知识转移的最大障碍是知识嵌入在个体中并在组织中形成了专属的知识领地,进而研究如何引导员工打破知识领地,使个体向组织进行知识转移,最后提出通过内、外部激励的方式,并考虑"激励拥挤"的效果,以改变个体领地的预期性防卫与反应性防卫,促进知识转移意愿的产生。
It is the key source of corporate competitiveness that Individual knowledge transfers to organizational knowledge. This paper introduces the concept of the Knowledge Territorial Behaviors, revealing the difficulty of knowledge transfer lying in individual knowledge territorial who embedded knowledge. Through internal and external incentives approach and considering 'Crowed-effect', Researchers want to change the individual territories anticipatory defense and reactive defense to promote knowledge transfer intention generation.
