中国工业产业集群辨识、评估及其产业链演变研究

Study on Identification, Assessment and Evolution Characteristics of Industry Chain of Industry Cluster of China

构建中国工业产业集群辨识与评估的概念框架与理论模型,从产业的集聚能力、关联能力和竞争能力三个方面对中国16个二位码工业行业的集群发展状况进行辨识与评估,并进一步探讨了集群产业链的演变特征。研究表明,石油加工、炼焦及核燃料加工业、金属制品业、通信设备、计算机及其他电子设备制造业和仪器仪表及文化、办公用机械制造业已具有较强的集群效应,石油和天然气开采业集群效应不明显,其他行业尚未形成产业集群;中国工业产业集群已由简单、单向、线性的"产业链"发展模式演变成复杂、双向、交织融汇的"产业网"发展模式。因此,为促进中国工业产业集群式发展,应因地制宜,重点培育主导产业;合理部署,积极扶持关联行业;转变方式,着力构筑产业竞争新优势。

This paper first establishes a conceptual framework for identification and assessment of industry cluster according to concept, content and feature of industry cluster, and then assesses industry cluster level of China from gathering capability, association capacity and competitiveness, and investigates the evolution characteristics of industry chain of industry cluster. The result shows that Petroleum processing, coking and nuclear fuel processing, metal products manufacturing, communications equipment, computers and other electronic equipment manufacturing and instrumentation and culture, office machinery manufacturing have stronger cluster effect, cluster effect of natural gas exploitation industry is not obvious, Other industries have not formed industrial clusters; Developmental pattern of industry cluster has evolved into complex, two-way, Interweave ＇industry network＇ from simple, one-way, linear ＇industry chain＇. Finally, this paper puts forward advisement for the cluster development of China
