复合酶对刺参生长、免疫酶活性和消化酶活性的影响 被引量:5

Effects of compound enzyme on growth performance, digestion and immunity enzyme activity in sea curumher (Apostichopus japonicas Selenka)

摘要 将复合酶制剂按照0、100、200、800 mg/kg的比例分别添加到刺参基础饲料中,制成等能(38.34 kJ/kg)等氮(13.25%±0.5%粗蛋白质)饲料A、B、C、D,分别投喂体重为(0.65±0.02)g的刺参,饲养60 d,研究其对刺参生长、免疫及肠道消化酶活性的影响。结果显示:与对照组相比,饲料中添加复合酶制剂后D组刺参的特定生长率提高了11.52%(P<0.05),其余各组间饲料效率差异不显著(P>0.05)。饲料中添加复合酶显著提高了刺参体腔液的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性(P <0.05),相比对照组提高了40%~200%;与对照组相比,添加复合酶后B组和C组的溶菌酶(LZM)活性均显著提高(P <0.05);酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性随复合酶添加量的增加有所提高,但较对照组无显著差异(P >0.05)。饲料中添加复合酶后,各组间蛋白酶活性无显著差异(P>0.05);添加0.2%复合酶的C组,其淀粉酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各添加组脂肪酶(LPS)活性均较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),且随复合酶添加量的增加,脂肪酶的活性呈下降趋势。研究表明,饲料中添加一定量的复合酶可以改善刺参生长性能,提高刺参免疫酶和淀粉酶活性。 S tudies were conducted to investigate the effects of compound enzyme (contained mannase,cellulase and xylanase) added in diets on growth performance,immunity and digestive enzymes activities of sea cucumber (Apostichopus japonicus Selenka)with initial average weight of (0.65 ±0.02)g.Four isocaloric (38.34 kJ/kg) and isonitrogenous (13.25%± 0.5% crude protein)diets were prepared by supplementing compound enzyme 0.01%(B),0.02%(C) and 0.08% (D), whereas no supplementation was taken as control group (A) .By the end of the 60-day trial,specific growth rate (SGR) of group D increased by 11.52%(P<0.05),while supplementation of the compound enzyme had no significant effect on feed conversation ratio (FCR) (P﹥0.05).Compared with control group,the supplementation of compound enzyme increased superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase activity (CAT)and alkalinity phosphatase (AKP) activities significantly (P﹤0.05). Lysozyme activity (LZM) activity of B and C groups was significantly increased compared with control group (P<0.05), LZM activity of D group also had increasing trend;the compound enzyme had no significant effect on acid phosphatase (ACP) activity of experiment groups (P﹥0.05) .There were no significant changes on protease activity of four groups;amylase activity increased after feeding diets with compound enzyme,but only C group increased significantly (P﹤0.05). Lipase (LPS)activity was significantly reduced (P﹤0.05)in the compound enzyme supplemented groups.Based on the experimental results,it’s concluded that the sup plementation of compound enzyme could improve immunity enzymes and amylase activities of sea cucumber,enhance its resistance to the disease.
