摘要
介绍了某柴油机曲轴前油封的结构,针对前油封设计开发过程中出现的油封漏油问题进行了分析,并采取了调整油封工装和改进油封内部结构的措施,解决了油封漏油的故障,为盒式PTFE油封的设计开发提供了参考。
The structure of the crankshaft front oil seal of a diesel engine is presented. The seal is failure to seal oil during engine development. After analysis, it is found that the tool for installing the seal and internal structure design of the seal contribute to the issue. Modification to the tool and seal structure is carried out and verified by bench test to be effective. The case provides reference to such seal design.
