摘要
针对某型柴油机台位试验时频繁出现后油封漏油的现象,找出后油封结构设计存在的缺陷,并对后油封结构做出相应的改进设计。经试验拆检及装机运用考核结果证明,优化改进后的后油封能起到良好的密封作用,大大减少了该柴油机后油封漏油问题。
The crankshaft rear seal of a diesel engine is often found unable to perform sealing function in engine bench tests. The root cause is that there are some defects in the seal structure design. A corresponding improvement design is conducted. The improved seal is verified by bench and field tests. The results of the tests show that the seal of improvement design has a very good sealing performance and there is seldom oil leak at the crankshaft rear seal since then.
