摘要
通过发动机冷试NVH测试技术的研究,了解NVH测试的基本原理;运用谱域分析、包络线分析和变色龙分析解决发动机生产过程中的振动及异响缺陷,提高零件及发动机生产过程的实物质量;同时将该技术拓展至发动机在整车上的NVH测试,以提高整车乘坐的舒适性。
The vibration and noise issues of an engine during production is solved by understanding the principle of NVH testing, studying NVH testing for engine cold test and using spectral domain analysis,envelope analysis and chameleon analysis that are three types of NVH testing waves developed by Medav Company of Germany for engine cold test. With these techniques, the engine assembly quality is ensured.Meanwhile, the application of the techniques can be extended to testing car NVH so as to improve the comfort of car.
