摘要
磨粉机电控系统常见的故障主要有外部干扰、参数设置调整不当、器件损坏三类。对这些故障现象和起因进行具体分析,从而在设备制造和安装使用维护等方面提出针对性解决方法,这些方法经实践验证有效且可行。
The pulverizer＇s electrical control system mainly had three common faults：external disturbances, improper parameter setting, adiustment device damage. By analyzing the phenomena and causes of the common breakdown, some techniques for equipment manufacture and operating maintenance were offered to solve the problems. These methods were effective and feasible by practice verification.
