摘要
针对当前西部高原偏远地区中小型饲料加工企业生产自动化程度较低的现状,在饲料加工企业原有的继电器接触控制的基础上,研究一种基于PLC和工控组态软件的饲料生产控制系统,利用PLC与工控组态软件相结合,能够精确地实现配料,而且可以通过上位友好的组态可视化界面实现对饲料生产设备的监视和控制,从而增强饲料生产中的自动化水平。
For the current small and medium-sized feed processing enterprises which were in the remote areas of the western highlands, the present situation of production automation degree was very low, on the basis of the original relay contact control, a new feed production control system based on PLC and industrial control configuration software was studied. Using the combination of PLC and industrial control configuration software, we could realize accurate proportioning, and monitor and control the feed production equipment by the visual friendly interface, which could enhance the level of automation in feed production.
