摘要
基于首钢1号连续热镀锌生产线的工艺配置,开发了一种低碳含铌双相钢,并对开发钢的力学性能及显微组织进行了分析。研究结果表明铌可以明显细化双相钢的马氏体岛。开发的含铌热镀锌双相钢比参考的高碳双相钢具有更低的碳当量和更高的断后伸长率。因为铌的细化作用,马氏体带状组织被显著抑制。
Based on the process configuration of Shougang No. 1 continuous hot dip galvanizing production line, a low carbon and Nb bearing galvanizing DP steel was developed, and the mechanical properties and microstructure of the steel were analyzed. The results showed that martensite islands were refined obviously by Nb. The Nb bearing HDG DP steel had lower carbon equivalent and higher elongation than the reference higher carbon DP steel. Because of the refinement effect of Nb, the martensite banded structure was inhibited significantly.
