摘要
以某速射武器开式弹链为研究对象,在UG中建立弹链的精确尺寸模型,并运用ABAQUS分析弹链的抱弹力及脱弹阻力,从而模拟抱弹力存在时弹链的应力云图和脱弹阻力的数值及变化规律。在仿真分析过程中重点研究了摩擦阻力对抱弹阻力的影响,并将结果与未考虑摩擦时的数值计算进行对比,得出在考虑摩擦阻力的情况下,脱弹阻力数值高出11.7%这一结论。仿真计算不但得到了脱弹阻力的时间历程曲线,而且还得出脱弹阻力最大值发生位置并不在抱弹部开口位移最大处这一结论。分析结果对弹链的结构设计具有一定的参考价值。
Taking open ammunition chain of a rapid-fire weapon as the research target,the ac-curate size model of the chain was established in UG,and the holding bullet force and pop-up resistance were simulated based on ABAQUS to simulate the chain’s stress nephogram existed with the holding bullet force and the pull-off resistance value and variation.In the process of simulation and analysis,the influence of friction resistance on holding bullet resistance was studied in detail,and the calculation results were compared with that of not considering fric-tion,it was concluded that under the action of friction resistance,pull-off resistance value is 1 1.7% higher than that of acquired from the conclusion.The simulation and calculation can not only obtain the time course of the pull-off resistance curve,but also arrive at the conclusion that the maximum value of pull-off resistance position is not in the maximizing position of adop-ting bomb part opening displacement.Simulation result has the certain reference value for structure design of the ammunition chain.
