摘要
针对增容改造后330 MW汽轮机组启动过程中,发电机转子二阶不平衡量偏大,引起相应轴承处振动超标报警,致使机组升速过程中无法通过发电机二阶临界转速的问题,对发电机、励磁机转子振动进行分析,找出原因并提出了相应的处理方法。结果表明:发电机振动的主要原因是转子存在较大的质量不平衡,通过动平衡实验,在发电机转子两侧风扇环上加重,使机组顺利冲转到定速3 000 r/min,稳定负荷工况下机组轴系振动达到优良水平。
In the process of 330 MW turbine units start after the capacity increases improvement, the second-order unbalance of generator rotor slants big, causes the relative bearing vibration over standard alarm, bring about the unit cannot pass the second-order critical speed of generator in the process of unit speeding up. Aiming at this problem, analyzes the generator and exciter rotor vibration, finds out the causes and puts forward corresponding processing method. The result shows that the main reason of generator vibration is the rotor unbalance, through dynamic balancing test, adds the weight on fan rings of both sides of the generator rotor, the generator successfully speeding up to the setting speed of 3000 r/min, the shaft vibration of the unit reaches good level under steady load condition.
