摘要
针对超临界火电机组热力系统汽水当中的氯离子对锅炉和汽轮机设备的腐蚀问题,通过现场检测数据,分析了氯离子来源与精处理高速混床运行方式的关系,确定精处理高速混床宜采用氢型运行方式。运行结果表明:氢型运行可有效控制氯离子的泄漏,保证给水品质。
Aiming at the corrosion of chloride ion in steam and water of the boiler and turbine equipment of thermal power system of supercritical coal-fired unit, by field test data, analyzes the relationship between the source of chloride ion and operation mode of precision processing highspeed mixed bed, confirms that precision processing high- speed mixed bed should appropriately adopt hydrogen type operation mode, the operation result shows that hydrogen type operation can effectively control the chloride ion leakage, ensure the quality of the feed water.
