摘要
安居煤矿在-940m井下主排水泵房硐室施工过程中,以"让-抗"支护理论为指导,优化掘进施工方法,采用锚网索加强支护(初喷浆工艺)的一次支护、钢筋混凝土砌碹的二次支护、再加"反底拱"的复合支护形式,同步进行矿压监测。监测表明支护效果良好,为解决千米埋深高地应力大断面硐室围岩变形大、稳定性差及难以维护的问题提供了一条综合施工技术新路。
In the construction process of-940m main drainage pump chamber in Anju mine, under the guidance of" yield-resistance "supporting theory, optimized the tunneling construction method, one support using cable anchor supporting (initial shotcrete process) ,the two support using reinforced concrete arch support , coupled with the "inverted arch"combined supporting mode, at the same time carrying out mine pressure monitoring. Monitoring shows that the supporting effect is good, in order to solve the large section chamber with kilometer buried depth large deformation, poor stability and hard to maintain of surrounding rock provides a comprehensive construction technology.
