涡北选煤厂是大型群矿型选煤厂,设计的洗选系统较多,且各个水循环系统相对独立,由此室外管道较多,且各单体建筑距离相对较远,各单体建筑间的联结管道也较长。在设计过程中发现室外管道完全按规范设计很难实现,只能因地制宜进行设计,按先下原则布置管道,以达到最适合现场的目的。
