摘要
煤矿企业实行精细化管理可以提高煤矿企业的生产效率,降低运作成本,提高经济效益。精细化管理是现代企业一种的管理模式,也是企业改革的一个重要标准。本文就煤矿企业实施精细化管理存在的一些问题进行分析,并且提出完善对策。
Coal mining enterprises to carry out meticulous management can improve the coal mine enterprise production efifciency, reduce operating costs, and improve economic efifciency. Fine management is management mode of modern enterprise, is also an important criterion for enterprise reform. This paper analyzed some existing problems in the coal enterprises management, and put forward to improving countermeasures.
