摘要
本文从新员工招聘、岗前培训以及后续的管理等方面阐述了煤炭企业留住新工人的几点对策。着重强调了坚持"以人为本"的管理,给新工人营造一个理想的工作环境、心理环境,获得相对优厚的薪酬福利和长远的发展空间,增强新工人的企业满意度,以留住新工人,实现企业和员工的双赢。
This paper expounded several measures to keep the new workers of coal enterprises from the new staff recruitment, training and follow-up management etc.. Emphasized that adhere to the "people-oriented" management, for new workers to create an ideal working environment, psychological environment, to obtain a relatively high salary welfare and long-term development space, and enhance new workers satisfaction, in order to keep new workers, to achieve a win-win enterprise and employee.
