煤泥水浓缩工艺优化试验研究 被引量:4

Optimization of thickening process in coal slime treatment

摘要 针对目前我国选煤厂的尾煤浓缩效果差、循环水浓度过高、细泥在分选系统积聚而对生产带来的不利影响,提出了煤泥水在进入浓缩机前先经水力分级旋流器浓缩,根据旋流器底流浓度的高低分别采用分级浓缩或两段浓缩进行处理的新工艺.研究结果表明:新型两段浓缩工艺的浓缩效率及底流固体回收率最高分别为68.23%,82.98%;分级浓缩工艺的浓缩效率及底流固体回收率最高分别为66.32%,81.74%;传统浓缩工艺的浓缩效率及底流固体回收率最高分别为63.92%,79.39%.分级浓缩工艺和两段浓缩工艺的沉降效果均优于传统浓缩工艺的效果,两段浓缩工艺的效果最优. Because of the poor thickening efficiency of coal slime, high concentration of effluent water and accumulation of fine slime in the coal preparation system in China, a novel coal slime treatment process was proposed. A hydro-cyclone was added before thickener to pretreat coal slime. The classified thickening or two--stage thickening was selected according to the concen- tration of hydro-cyclone underflow. Experimental results show that the thickening efficiency and solid recovery of underflow for the two-stage thickening are 68.23% and 82.98%, respec- tively. The counterparts for classified thickening are 66.32% and 81.74%, respectively. The counterparts for conventional thickening are 63.92% and 79.39%, respectively. Both the two- stage and classified thickening perform better than conventional thickening in coal slime treat- ment. Especially, the two-stage thickening process achieves the best performance.
