摘要
针对医疗器械生产车间振动盘设备振动对楼板的影响问题,在分析设计资料和现场勘查基础上,结合振动测试收集车间楼面振动响应数据,结果表明:楼盖振动较为强烈,不容忽视.运用通用有限元分析软件对楼板的进行振动特性分析,得到楼板频率范围在30 ~ 70Hz之间为振动响应高峰值区域,设备运行时的激振频率较难避开结构固有频率.数值分析与实测结果较为一致,因此,为确保结构安全,需采取有效的防振手段和加固措施.
