Housing Production Permit Information Management System of Industrial Enterprises

针对工业企业房屋产证管理的现状和发展趋势,分析国内大多数企业所采用的管理方式,指出其中存在的各种问题,并提出建立在地理信息系统框架下的工业企业房屋产证信息管理系统的管理模式。对系统设计与开发过程中的数据组织与数据库建设、房屋数据转换、房屋产证资料流程化管理、房屋数据时态版本管理、二三维一体化管理等关键技术进行了研究和探讨,并提出了相应的解决方案。

For the status quo and development trend of industrial production permit corporate housing management, analyze the management methods used by the majority of domestic enterprises, point out various problems and propose the management mode of housing production permit information management system which is established in the framework of geographic information systems. In this paper, the key technical of data organization and database construction, housing data conversion, data flow management of real estate, temporal data version management, 2D and 3D integration in system design and development process has been discussed and appropriate solutions have been proposed.
