随着我国经济的快速发展,大量的小型农田水利工程陆续建成和使用。由于建成后的一些小型农田水利工程的管理机制、人员配备、水费管理等制度不完善,导致这些小型农田水利工程建成后运营和维护管理未正常。为了让建成的这些小型农田水利工程能够满足农业用水的需求,保证农业的可持续发展,论文专就小型农田水利工程建后管理问题进行研究。

With the rapid development of China＇s economy, the large number of small water conservancy projects have gradually built up and use.
