本文论述了语言文化建设的内涵与构成,并以本体、应用、管理、价值四个维度建立了一种分析模式,在此基础上试图确立"语言文化建设"的概念。本文在概述了语言文化建设的现状及存在的十个代表性问题之后,以分析模式为线索,提出加强语言文化建设的一系列对策思考。

The article studies the contents and solutions of the language cultural construction and puts forward an analysis pattern in the following four dimensions： noumenon, application, management and value, to establish the concept of ＂language cultural construction＂. On the bases of a summary of the current situation and ten typical problems in language cultural construction and using the analysis model, a series of solutions and thoughts to the language cultural construction have been proposed in the article.
