摘要
目的：探讨护生临床实习分阶段性带教的管理体会。方法我科2012年7月~2013年5月共完成护生临床带教60人，均采取分阶段性带教。结果98%的护生认为在肿瘤科2个月的实习很轻松很愉快，学习的知识很全面系统，也很扎实。
Objective To investigate the manage experience of “teaching clinic practical nurses”. Methods Our de-partment had taught sixty clinic practical nurses with taking stages teaching for everyone from June 2012 to May 2013. Results 98%of the practical nurses thought that the practical life was happy and what they had got from oncology was comprehensive,systematic.
