米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎疗效及对龈沟液中超敏C反应蛋白水平的影响

Curative effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment on chronic periodontitis and its influence on high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)level in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)

目的探讨米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎疗效及对龈沟液中超敏C反应蛋白水平的影响。方法选取74例慢性牙周炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组。两组均予以常规龈上洁治术和龈下刮治术等基础治疗。观察组牙周袋内放置米诺环素软膏,对照组牙周袋内放置2%碘甘油,每周放置1次,连用4周。观察两组治疗前后龈沟液中hs-CRP水平的变化,并比较牙周袋深度(PD)和牙龈指数(GI)的变化。结果治疗4周后,两组龈沟液中hs-CRP水平较前明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);两组GI和PD均较前明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组改善幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎具有较好效果,能降低龈沟液中hs-CRP水平,减少牙周袋深度,降低牙龈指数,从而消除牙周慢性炎症。

Objective To discuss curative effect of Minocycline hydrochloride ointment on chronic periodontitis and its influence on high sensitive C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） level in gingival crevicular fluid（GCF）. Methods A total of 74 cases of patients with chronic periodontitis were divided into observation group and control group at random. The patients in two groups were given basic medical treatment, such like routine supragingival scaling, subgingival scaling and etc. The patients in observation group were given minocycline hydrochloride ointment,placed in periodoatal pus pocket, while the patients in control group were given 2% iodine glycerin, placed in periodoatal pus pocket, once a week, for 4 weeks. The changes of hs-CRP level in GCF of patients in two groups before and after treatment were ob- served, and the changes of depth of pocket （PD） and gingival index （GI） were compared as well. Results After 4 weeks＇ treatment, the hs-CRP level in GCF of patients in two groups were obviously declined than before（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）, and the declining rate of patients in observation group was much higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Meanwhile, GI and PD of patients in two groups were obviously improved than before （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）, and the improvement rate of patients in observation group was much higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride ointment has favorable clinical curative effect on chronic periodontitis, which can reduce the hs-CRP level in GCF, PD, and GI, to eliminate periodontal chronic inflammation.
