血必净注射液治疗ARDS患者的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of Xuebijing injection in treatment of patients with ARDS

目的 探讨血必净注射液对急性呼吸窘迫综合征的治疗效果.方法 将2011年7月～2014年3月期间收治的56例ARDS患者均分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者给予机械呼吸、抗感染、纠正酸碱以及水电解质紊乱、营养支持等常规治疗,而实验组患者在此基础上给予血必净注射液治疗,治疗1周后,比较两组患者的血气分析结果、各项生化指标以及机械通气持续时间、住ICU时间、呼气末正压（PEEP）恢复时间和病死率.结果 治疗后实验组患者的血气分析结果和各项生化指标均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,并且实验组患者的械通气持续时间、住ICU时间以及PEEP恢复时间均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（t=4.36、3.72、5.17,P＜0.05）;两组患者中均有2例死亡,病死率比较差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.04;P＞0.05）.结论 血必净能够有效降低ARDS患者血浆内炎性介质水平,促进ARDS患者呼吸功能恢复,并且能够缩短住ICU时间和机械通气时间.

Objective To investigate the effects of Xuebijing injection in treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome. Methods From 2011 July to 2014 March, 56 cases of ARDS patients admitted in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group equally, the control group were treated with routine treatment such as mechanical respiration, anti infection, correction of acid-base and electrolyte disorder, and nutritional support. The patients in the experimental group on the basis of conventional therapy, were given Xuebijing Injection, after a week of treatment, blood gas analysis results, the biochemical indicators and duration of mechanical ventilation, ICU stay, end-expiratory pressure （PEEP） recovery time and mortality of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, blood gas anal- ysis results and biochemical indexes of patients in experimental group were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the experimental group patients＇ mechanical ventilation dura- tion, length of stay in ICU and PEEP recovery time were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically Significant （t=4.36, 3.72, 5.17, P〈0.05）; Two groups of patients died in 2 cases, the mortality rate had no significant difference （χ2=0.04, P〉0.05）. Conclusion Xuebijing can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory media- tors in patients with ARDS, and promote the recovery of respiratory function in patients with ARDS, can shorten the duration of ICU stay and duration of mechanical ventilation.
