摘要
调查发现,大部分教师对小学数学学科教学持喜欢的态度,对教参、知识点、教学形式的认识更加科学,对待布置的作业批阅情况认真勤勉,对教学中遇到问题的处理比较得当,自我评价比较理想,教师对数学教学、自身发展都充满期待。也有部分教师了解学生的渠道比较单一,与学生的沟通交流较少,难以调动学生的积极性,研究学生和管理学生做的不够充分。有的教师满足现状,研究意识不强,教师在研究教材、教法学法、专业素养方面亟需提升。
Our research shows that most of the teachers enjoy primary math teaching: they have a scientific understanding of the teacher's book, the key points and the teaching methods; they correct the homework very carefully; they can deal with the problems in teaching properly and their self-eval- uations are satisfactory; they have good expectations about math teaching and self-improvement. But many problems still exist: some teachers lack comprehensive understanding of their students; they communicate little with their students and are incapable of arousing the students" interest in class; they need improvement in studying and managing their students. Besides, other teachers are content with the present conditions and don't pay much attention in their study. They need improvement in studying the textbook, the teaching methods and their major.
