Three hundred years of laryngoscope: whether recur to the indirect

摘要 背景目前市面上有很多款式的视频喉镜,有些甚至独具特色。究竟哪一款给外形设计和插管过程带来了革命性的进步呢?目的简述喉镜的演变进程和未来前景。内容自1895年起,气管插管一直未能跳出“口-咽-气管三轴线重叠”的思维束缚。历经沧桑,从最早的间接喉镜和直接喉镜、光索引导、可塑形纤维硬镜、插管视频喉罩到当今的“管外半环管视频喉镜”,新型间接喉镜实现了喉镜形态和功能的飞跃,成为了喉镜历史进程中的里程碑。趋势视频喉镜,尤其是Airway Scope和Airtraq将加快气管插管常规用具的转变和困难气道的重新定义。 Background Many types of video laryngoscope products, some quite unique, are currently being marketed. Which model of products revolutionized the design of laryngoscopes and the process of endotracheal intubation? Objective This paper intends to deduction a snapshot of the continuous evolution and the ahead of laryngoscopes in our future. Content Since 1895, for endotracheal intubation, people's thinking has been unable to escape from the restraint of the “mouth-pharynx-tracheal three axis overlap”. From the earliest indirect and direct laryngoscope, light wand, plastic optical stylet, video intubation laryngeal mask to today's “half loop video laryngoscope”, this new indirect laryngoscope got the breakthrough in the morphology and function, and became the milestone in the laryngoscope history. Trend The video laryngoscope, especially Airway Scope and Airtraq, will accelerate the progress of intubation device and redefine the concept of difficult airway.
