甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变120例临床观察

Diabetic Neuropathy Clinical Observation of 120 Cases Mecobalamin

目的：观察甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法：将120例患者在基础治疗的基础上随机分为治疗组（静脉注射甲钴胺治疗组）与对照组（予维生素B12100 mg肌注治疗及口服尼莫地平），观察患者的多伦多DNP临床积分及神经传导速度。结果：治疗组总有效率为97．14％，对照组为74．00％，治疗组改善神经传导速度均优于对照组（ p＜0．05）。结论：甲钴胺静脉注射可明显改善糖尿病下肢周围神经病变患者的症状，提高神经传导速度，且安全有效。

Objective：To observation the curative effect of mecobalamin injection on DPN .Methods：120 cases of DPN were randomly divided into the control group （n=56）and the treatment group（n=64）;the control group was given foundation treatment and nimodipine tablets and Vitb12,the treatment group plus mecobalamin injection on the basis of the treatment of the control group ,All cases in two group were on treatment for 30 days,then analyzed the data of Toronto DNP clinical integral and nerve conduction velocity .Results：There was significant to improve the nerve conduction velocity and clinical symptoms for the patients in treatment group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：mecobalamin injection can significantly improve the nerve conduction velocity and clinical symptoms quickly and safely for the DPN .
