温水泡手联合金黄散外敷预防七叶皂苷钠致静脉炎的护理研究

Warm Water Hand Joint Jinhuang Powder in Preventive Careof Phlebitis Induced by Seven yezao Sodium

目的：探讨温水泡手联合金黄散外敷预防七叶皂苷钠致静脉炎的临床效果。方法：选取2012年8月～2013年4月在我科住院使用七叶皂苷钠静滴患者240例为研究对象。采用随机抽签分组法随机分为实验组和对照组各120例。观察和记录2组患者发生静脉炎的例数、预防效果。结果：对照组静脉炎发生率为80％；观察组静脉炎发生率为30％。结论：温水泡手联合金黄散外敷可降低七叶皂苷钠所致静脉炎的发生率，延长血管使用寿命，减轻患者痛苦，提高满意度。

Objective：To explore the warm water hand joint Jinhuang powder in clinical effect of prevention of phlebitis caused by sodi -um aescinate of seven .Methods：From 2012 August to 2013 April in the use of seven sodium aescinate infusion of 240 patients hospitalized in our department as the research object , were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 120 cases in each group by using the random method .Observe and record the number of patients , the preventive effect of phlebitis in patients of the two groups .Re-sults：In the control group , phlebitis incidence was 80%; the observation group phlebitis incidence was 30%.Conclusion：Warm water hand joint Jinhuang powder can reduce seven of sodium aescinate induced phlebitis incidence rate , prolong the service life of blood ves-sels, reduce the suffering of patients , improve the satisfaction .
