经伤椎椎弓根植骨及螺钉固定治疗胸腰椎骨折

摘要 目的:探讨经伤椎椎弓根椎体内植骨及椎弓根螺钉固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法:自2010年11月~2013年9月,我科对21例胸腰椎骨折采用经伤椎椎弓根椎体内植骨同时伤椎椎弓根螺钉固定治疗,重建脊柱稳定性,观察术后伤椎复位情况。结果:本组全部随访,随访时间9~36个月,平均18个月,随访结果均未出现椎体高度再丢失,无1例发生固定断裂、松动。结论:经伤椎椎弓根椎体内植骨及椎弓根螺钉内固定,重建伤椎的前中柱,可有效消除伤椎的蛋壳效应,可减少椎体高度再丢失及内固定断裂,松动并发症。值得临床推广应用。
