介绍了一种四氯乙烯稳定化的方法:首先采用吸附剂分子筛和固体片状苛性钠对四氯乙烯进行干燥中和,然后用三乙胺与单乙醇胺(质量比为1∶1)的混合物(占四氯乙烯溶液质量分数为0.001 5% ~0.003 0%)调节四氯乙烯溶液的pH值为6.5 ~8,最后加入复合稳定剂[复合稳定剂配方是:m(环氧氯丙烷)∶m(乙醇)∶m(磷酸三乙酯)∶m(麝香草酚)∶m(对羟基苯甲醚)=40.5∶ 35.0∶ 20.5∶ 2.0∶ 2.0].并对四氯乙烯稳定性进行了铜片腐蚀试验,结果表明:复合稳定剂质量分数占溶液0.01% ~0.02%即可满足稳定四氯乙烯的要求.
A method of stabilizing perchloroethylene was introduced. The method comprised drying and neutralizing perchloroethylene with adsorbent molecular sieve and flaky solid sodium hydroxide, adjusting the pH value of perchloroethylene solution to 6.5 - 8 with triethylamine-monoethanolamine mixture ( mass ratio 1 : 1 ; mass fraction 0. 001 5% - 0. 003 0% based on mass of perchloroethylene solution), finally adding composite stabilizer. The composite stabilizer was composed of epoxy chloropropane 40.5, ethanol 35.0, triethyl phosphorate 20.5, thymol 2.0, and p-hydroxyphenyl methyl ether 2.0 mass parts. The stability of perchloroethylene was studied by copper sheet corrosion test. The results proved that the requirement of stabilizing perchloroethylene was met when the mass fraction of the composite stabilizer accounted for 0.01% - 0.02% of the solution.
