摘要
针对肿瘤深部的微弱光信号检测问题,设计了一套基于微创光纤探头的内窥式荧光数据采集系统,用于评估光动力疗法治疗肿瘤的疗效。该系统分为光电检测和数据采集两个部分。其中光电检测部分以CR186光电倍增管为核心。数据采集部分基于PCI-6251数据采集卡,以Labview为软件平台,实现数据的实时显示和存储功能。该系统可实时反映肿瘤深部的光强变化,对于在体医疗器械的开发和研究,具有一定的应用价值。
As for the deep weak optical signal detection in tumors, the endoscopic fl uorescence data acquisition system based on minimally invasive optical fi ber probe was designed. The system is used to assess the treatment of photodynamic therapy of tumors. The system is divided into two parts, photovoltaic detection and data acquisition. The photovoltaic detection part is based on CR186 photomultiplier tube. The data acquisition part is based on PCI-6251 data acquisition card. It uses Labview as the software platform for real-time display and data storage. The system is able to refl ecting the deep light intensity changes in tumor instantly. Our research has a signifi cant value in the development of medical equipment in vivo.
