摘要
目的调查广东省三级甲等中医医院不同特征护理人员对护士岗位管理的认知状况,以期为中医医院护士岗位管理提供依据。方法采用自行设计的护士岗位管理认知调查表,对720名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果护理人员对护士岗位管理的总体认知状况较好,但对护士分层进阶和岗位培训的认知得分较低,不同年龄、工作年限、护理岗位类别、专业技术职称、专业层级岗位、技术层级、受聘方式的护理人员对护士岗位管理的认知状况存在差异且具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论应进一步提高护理人员对护士分层进阶和岗位培训的认知,尤其应加强对年轻护士、护师及以下职称、责任护士和培训护士、N2级及以下技术层级、编外合同护理人员的岗位管理培训。
Objective To investigate the knowledge of nursing post management among different nurses in 3 A-level Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals of Guangdong province,so as to provide theoretical basis for carrying nursing post management in Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals.Method A total of 720 nurses were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire.Results The knowledge score of nurses on promotion and job training was low.The knowledge scores of nurses with different ages,working years,types of position,professional titles,positions,technical levels and employment types were significantly different (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Nursing administrators should improve the recognition of nurses on promotion and job training,especially the post management of young and junior nurses,primary and training nurses,nurses lower than the technical level of N2 and off-staff nurses.
