摘要
付出-获得不平衡模型是职业健康研究领域最有影响的理论结构之一,文章对付出-获得不平衡模型的概念、测量工具及其在护理领域的应用现状进行了综述,以期为护理管理者应用付出-获得不平衡模型及时发现和改善护士的付出-获得不平衡情况提供依据。
Effort-reward imbalance model is one of the most influencing theory in occupational health research.This paper reviewed the concept,measuring tools and research status in nursing field of effect-reward inbalance model,so as to provide references for nursing managers to use this model to detect and improve nurses'effort-reward imbalance.
