摘要
目的探讨童趣化诱导对学龄前儿童静脉穿刺的影响效果。方法将300例静脉输液治疗的学龄前儿童分为实验组和对照组各150例,对照组患儿予以常规护理干预,实验组患儿分别通过视觉、听觉和语言童趣化的方式进行诱导干预,观察两组患儿在静脉穿刺过程中1 min内停止啼哭率、穿刺一次成功率和家属满意度。结果实验组患儿1 min内停止啼哭率、穿刺一次成功率和家属满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论童趣化诱导干预不仅可减少患儿对静脉输液的恐惧,提高静脉输液穿刺的成功率,也使医务人员的工作效率和患儿家属的满意度得到提高。
Objective To evaluate the effect of playful inducing on venipuncture of preschoolers.Methods Totally,300 preschool children who were going to receive intravenous infusion were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The children in experimental group were induced and intervened through playful environment of vision,hearing,and language,And the children in control group were treated with routine care.The stop crying rate in 1 min,one puncture success rate and satisfaction of parents during intravenous infusion were investigated.Results In the conditions of playful inducing,the rate of stop crying within 1 min,one puncture success rate and satisfaction of parents were significantly higher than those of the control group (P 〈 0.01).Conclusion Implementation of playful inducing intervention can not only reduce children's fear for intravenous infusion,improve success rate of intravenous infusion,but also improve medical staffs' efficiency and satisfaction of parents.
