摘要
目的:探讨实习护生评判性思维与人格特征、心理健康的关系。方法:采用评判性思维量表、大五人格问卷和SCL-90症状自评量表对496名实习护生进行调查分析。结果:39.51%的实习护生评判性思维未达到正性水平。回归分析显示严谨性、经验开放性和阳性症状是评判性思维良好的预测因子。结论:人格特征和心理健康对实习护生评判性思维具有良好预测效果,护理教育者可通过培养护生健康的人格和良好的心理状况来提高其评判性思维。
Objective: To investigate the effect of personality and mental health on critical thinking for nursing students. Methods: A sample of 496 nursing students was selected by a random sampling method. They were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire including symptom-checklist 90(SCL-90), the NEO Five Factor Inventory and the revised California critical thinking disposition inventory(CTDI). Results: 39.51% of the respondents didn't report a positive disposition towards critical thinking. Conscientiousness, openness to experience and positive Symptom Distress Index were predictors of critical thinking. Conclusion: Nursing educators should pay attention to the mental health of students and further adopt individualized approach to cultivate their critical thinking ability based on personal differences.
