出血性脑卒中中西医结合临床护理路径优化管理研究

Implementing optimized Clinical Nursing Pathway in hemorrhagic stroke management with integrated Chinese and western medicine

临床路径是一种标准化的工作流程,具有控制成本,提高医疗质量,改善医患关系等多重功能,目前已得到国内外各大医院的广泛认可。为进一步提高护理质量,提升患者满意度,减轻患者经济负担,本研究以原卫生部印发的《脑出血临床路径》为基础,对现有出血性脑卒中临床护理方案进行优化和探索,并注重结合医院医疗和护理实际,突出中医护理的优势,使护理工作更加精确化、程序化、个体化,促进患者疾病的康复。

Clinical Pathway is a standardized working process, which can control costs, improve care quality and doctor-patient relationship. At present, it has been recognized by domestic and international hospitals widely. In order to further improve the quality of nursing and patients’ satisfaction, reduce the economic burden of patients, the authors explored and optimized the Clinical Nursing Pathway of hemorrhagic stroke based on the cerebral hemorrhage Clinical Pathway issued by the Ministry of Health in 2009. Meanwhile, they combined the reality of clinical treatment and nursing, and highlighted the advantages of TCM nursing, to make nursing care more accurate, standardized and individualized for promoting patients’ rehabilitation.
