摘要
病人选择医生是当今医疗行业内部管理机制的重大改革。本文针对军队医院病人选择医生工作的特殊性 ,提出了应注意的问题 ,重点讨论了如何体现军队享有同等“选择”权力 ,如何合理利用人、财。
It is an nowadays important reform for the internal administration mechanism of the medical vocation to choose the doctors by the patients. In allusion to the particularity to choose the doctors by the patients in the military hospital, this article brought forward the observing problems, emphasized how to have the equal choice in the Army and how to utilize reasonably talents, riches and articles and correctly understand the reward according to work.
