国家人口基础信息库建设及其在人口健康信息化中的应用思考

National Population Basic Information Database and Its Application in Population Health Information Construction

本文首先介绍了我国在人口管理方面存在的问题,并说明了建设国家人口基础信息库的客观必要性。阐述了国家人口基础信息库的建设背景、建设目标、建设内容,并对国家卫生计生委总体功能需求进行了分析,特别对总体结构设计进行了说明。在此基础上对国家人口基础信息库在人口健康信息化中的应用进行了思考并提出相关建议。

This paper first introduces the problem of population management in our country, and illustrates necessity of the construction of the national population basic information database. It explained the background of building national population basic information database, the goal of building, construction content, and overall function. The National Health and Family Planning Commission conducted a needs analysis, in which the overall structural design is described. This paper gave particular thinking on the application of national population basic information database and provided related suggestions.
