The construction of the country＇s new rural cooperative information platform is an important means to strengthen the National NRCMS information resource management and utilization. It will provide important technical support for the new rural cooperative business management, decision support and interprovincial medical treatment management of participants. This paper analyzes the necessity of constructing the new rural cooperative information platform, describes the objectives and content of the platform. The system architecture and functional structure of building platform are introduced as the core of“five levels and six systems” in details.
