Analysis of Collecting Quality of Medical Information Data

通过对医疗信息数据采集质量调查 ,发现原始数据采集不完整、数据不准确及核查制度不落实等是影响医疗信息质量的主要问题。认为 ,提高广大医务人员对信息质量认识 ,建立医疗信息质量管理控制办法 。

Through investigation of collecting the quality of the medical information data, the author found the main issues influencing the quality of the medical information were incomplete collection of the original data, inaccurate data and ineffective checking system. It was regarded important as raising sense of the information quality among the medical staff, setting up controlling ways of the quality management of the medical information, enforcing auto supervision of the computers.
