The author put forward viewpoints through practices of the medical treatment quality construction as follows: First, enforcing the supervision is the important insurance of the medical quality management. Second, analysis with the medical index is the essential means of the quality management. Third, raising the level of the diagnosis and the treatment is the key of the quality management. Fourth, the management of the medical technology sections is the main part of the basic building of the quality management. Fifth, the quality of the medical documents are the effective way to improve the quality management.
