摘要
以ME型船用电控柴油机中压共轨系统为研究对象,以管道流动数学方程组为基础,结合其电控系统控制逻辑,按模块化建模思想建立中压共轨系统数学和仿真模型,并实现了基于仿真模型的轨压模糊自适应PID控制.仿真结果表明:数值结果与实际系统特性基本一致,轨压控制效果较好.
Taking ME marine diesel engine as research object , the mathematical and simulation model of medium pressure common rail system was built according to the modular model-ing idea based on pipe flow mathematical equations and com-bining with its electronic control logic .The fuzzy self-adaptive PID control of common rail pressure for simulation model was realized.Results show that the numerical results is in accord-ance with that of the actual system , and the control algorithm works well .
