摘要
结合医院管理工作特点 ,我部建立了融医院战备、医疗、政工、行政、后勤等为一体的医院管理综合评价体系 ,制定了一套科学的、完整的“医院管理检查考评标准”。实施医院管理检查考评 3年来 ,取得了明显的社会、经济。
The author set up a comprehensive evaluation system in the hospital including the war preparedness, the medical treatment, the political work, the administration and logistics. And set up a set of checking standard of the hospital management. Obvious social, economical and military benefit was got in three years of carrying out the checking.
