摘要
"十三五"时期我国的能源发展,对全面建成小康社会极其重要。在日益复杂的内外部形势下,我国应更加注重发挥能源系统的基础保障和发展引擎双重功能。加速能源技术与先进信息通信技术的高度融合,坚持"清洁、高效、安全、可持续"发展之路,以促进改善大气质量为主攻方向,以推进新型城镇化建设作为重要着力点。
China＇s energy development in the 13th five-year period （2016-2020） will play a critical role in building up a moderately prosperous society in all around way. In the increasingly complicated international situation, emphasis should be laid on activating the dual functions of energy development, namely meeting energy demand and propelling economic growth. Great importance should be attached to such problems as accelerating the fusion of energy technologies and advanced ICT, safeguarding energy development in a clean, efficient, secure and sustainable way, taking air quality improvement as the main task and fostering new-style urbanization as the focal point.
