本文简单回顾了能源管理信息化的发展历程,分析了能源管理信息化的技术特点、推广前景和发展机遇等。认为,在目前我国资源与环境形势日渐严峻的背景下,推广能源管理信息化在微观和宏观层面均具有现实意义,建议在宏观引导、政策激励、科技创新及市场培育等方面加快推进。

This paper briefly reviews the development course of energy management informatization, and analyzes its technical characteristics, promotion prospects and opportunities, etc. It concludes that, under the background of the increasingly grim situation of resources and environment, it has practical significance both in the micro and macro level to popularize energy management informatization. It suggests the government should accelerate its promotion in the aspects of macro guidance, policy incentives, scientific and technological innovation, market foster, etc.
