摘要
大规模风电的发展,使风电消纳问题成为电网运行的难题之一。本文针对京津唐电网的实际情况,考虑京津唐电网风电在不同时间的出力特性,利用电网低谷和高峰双平衡理论,对京津唐电网每个月的风电消纳能力进行了详细研究和计算。通过研究得出,京津唐电网消纳风电困难的时间分布于每年的1月、2月和12月,且时间集中在每日的0点至6点的6个小时内。如果在电网调峰困难的典型日内考虑一定的弃风电量,将可以提高电网消纳风电装机的能力。
Wind power accommodation is becoming one of the difficulties of grid operation with the large-scale development of wind power.To the reality of Jingjintang grid, this paper makes a detailed study and calculation of wind power accommodation for per month.The conclusion shows that the difficulty of wind power accommodation happens from 0:00 to 6:00 every day in January, February and December.Considering certain wind power curtailment when it is difficult for accommodation, wind power installed capacity will be enhanced.
